Nov 1, 8, and 15th (must attend all three dates)

Time: 9:00-6:00 pm (with breaks)

Prerequisites: You must be 15 years or older to participate

• You must first complete the online portion of the course

  • (this will be emailed to you once you have registered)

  • This must be completed BEFORE the in person class

• Lifeguard Swim Test:

  • 200 Yard swim with 2-minute tread hands only at the 150 mark

  • Tread water for 2 mins without using your hands

• 20 yards using either approach stroke, dive down 7-10 feet and retrieve the 10 lb. brick, surface, tow the brick back 20 yards, and exit the pool without assistance.
