We support our partners in the creation of spaces where everyone feels valued and respected. Where everyone can fully and safely participate and contribute their unique perspectives. Where everyone is protected against discrimination and set up to succeed. In these spaces, everyone thrives!

Equity Foundations: Partner Training Series

We offer a 4-part Equity Foundations training series that is accessible, affordable, and action-oriented. The Series introduces participants to key topics necessary to engage in deeper, ongoing equity work.

These include:

  • Interrupting Implicit Bias: How it Happens & What To Do About It

  • Uprooting Harm: From Bystander to Ally to Co-Creator

  • Beyond Cultural Competency: Communicating Across Difference

  • Sustaining Change: Collaboration, Coalition & Collective Responsibility

This series can be offered via in-person, remote, and hybrid formats as a full day training (6-hours, plus breaks), or as individual 90-minute sessions.

Customized Workshops

A standardized, foundational curriculum isn’t for everyone. Do you seek training on a topic specific to your unique mission or work? Maybe you’ve covered basic education and are seeking deeper engagement with ongoing challenges or more urgent and immediate issues? We’re happy to talk about your particular needs! Our goal is to help you find the best path forward – partnering if we’re a good fit, or helping you find the right experts if we’re not. Fees vary based on organizational size and sector, ultimate objectives, and timeline for completing the work. Organizational Equity Health Audits

Seeking meaningful, systemic, organizational shifts that will support and sustain a fair, accessible, and inclusive work culture for all? After an initial consultation, we will support you every step of the way, from assessing internal needs and capacity to identifying goals and collecting data at various checkpoints to ensure that objectives are met and change is ongoing.
