Master Class:
water aerobics with resistance training to help increase cardiovascular capacity and muscle strength and tone. Shallow end only.

Water Walking:
A safe exercise program that includes activities to increase stamina, reduce stress and enhance muscle strength. Adjustable floatation belt keeps you buoyant iin deep water. Deep water class.

Aquacise:
Shallow water class using water resistance to help tone and firm the body.

Combo Class:
A combination of water walking, Aquacise and Wet Step (water base step aerobics). 

Cost:Youth: 1 year unlimeted $190 / 3 months $60 / 1 month $30

Adult: 1 year $370 / 3 months $120 / 1 month $40

Senior: 1 year $320 / 3 months $110 / 1 month $35

Family: 1 year $525 or 3 month $215 / 1 month $60

Alll water fitness classes can also be paid as pay as you go.

Members: $5.25 a class

Non-Members: $10.50 a class

Lifeguard Training
To provide the minimum necessary skill training for an individual to qualify as a lifeguard.

Lifeguarding:
Prerequisites:
1. Minimum age of 15
2. Swim 300 yards continuously, using these strokes in the following order 100 yards front crawl using rhythmic breathing and a stabilizing, propellant kick. Rhythmic breathing can be preformed either by breathing to the side or to the front. 100 yards breaststroke using a pull, breathe, kick and glide sequence. 100 yards of front crawl using rhythmic breathing and/ or breaststroke. The last 100 yards may be a mixture of front crawl and breaststroke.
3. Starting in the water, swim 20 yards using front crawl or breaststroke, surface dive 7-10 feet, retrieve a 10 pound object, return to the surface, swim 20 yards back to the starting point with the object and exit the water without using a ladder or steps, within 1 minute, 40 seconds.

Water Safety Instructor (WSI)
To train instructors to teach all levels of American Red Cross learn to swim and water safety aide course. (All must attend and pass pre-screening and hold a FIT card and be 16 years old to take this course). Must attend every class in the session you select.

Fundamental of Instructor Training (FIT)
To introduce instructor candidates to the history, structure and activities of the American Red Cross. To prepare instructor candidates to teach American Red Cross specialty course to diverse populations. To introduce instructor candidates to the policies and procedures of American Red cross to ensure course consistency, quality and appropriate training.

This is a prerequisite class to become an instructor for any American Red Cross Intructor course.
