SUMMER CAMP
extraordinary summer camp experiences
Quality Summer Camps are a great way for kids to make new friends, develop important life skills and grow as individuals. Summer camp often leads to children developing a new hobby, sport, or, even a life-goal!
The YWCA offers two summer camp choices and whole lot of reasons Y to jump on in! Camp WeWannaGo and Art Camp 2011 provide youth in grades K to ages 14 with exciting, age-appropriate activities and weekly themed camps beginning June 20.
Whether learning to swim or cook, publishing a cartoon, or, simply leaping a little further, YWCA camps offer a place to discover and imagine. Educational and fun field trips along with creative outdoor play are all designed to build confidence, encourage cooperation, communication, and, to provide lots of opportunity to tap into creativity and imagination.
