AQUA FITNESS CLASSES
 
All exercises are safe, fun, non-impact or low impact. 
Can help heal injuries, reduce pain and makes you feel good. 
Great work-outs for Men and Women of all abilities
 
 
Strength & Power: 
This class will use weights to tone upper limbs and combines various resistance exercises designed to target the musculature of lower body and core. The resistance of the water is 12 times that of air. Moving through the water, much more force is exerted which will improve strength, balance, and posture. 
Tuesday 6:00-7:00am  & Thursday 8:00-9:00am
 
Aqua Attack:
A variety of aqua aerobics, combined with kicks, jabs and punches creates a great aerobic work-out.  May also include weights, noodles, kick-boards and deep water
exercises.  This is a low impact work-out designed to have less wear and tear on your joints. 
Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm,  Thursday 5:30-6:30pm & Friday 11:00-12:00
 
Water Dynamics:
An aerobic work-out including weights, noodles, balls, kick-boards; as well as various lower body exercises designed to increase muscular, strength, and endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and joint flexibility and range of motion.
Tuesday 8:00-9:00am & Thursday 6:00-7:00am
 
Aqua Step It Up:
Step aerobics in the shallow end of pool combined with weights provides a great cardiovascular and muscle strengthening work-out, combined with deep water flexibility and endurance exercises.   
Wednesday 6:30-7:15pm
 
Water Gym:
Class includes interval, circuit, strength and endurance training.  Exercises may include using weights, noodles, balls and kick-boards.  A combination of lower body exercises using the resistance of the water to tone, build and strengthen abdominal muscles.  Increases flexibility and helps develop correct posture and alignment. 
Monday 6:30-7:15pm & Saturday 6:45-7:30am
 
Water Works:
A combination of shallow and deep water work-outs, including aqua aerobics, jogging, strength and resistance training.  This class utilizes great low-impact exercises that helps to keep your body in alignment, reduce injuries and increase flexibility.
Monday 8:00-9:00am, Wednesday 8:00-9:00am & Friday 8:00-9:00am
 
Aqua Fit:
A low impact shallow water class using a variety of exercises to increase cardiovascular system, strengthen and firm up muscles, improve stamina, flexibility and range of motion. 
Monday 9:00-10:00am, Tuesday 10:30-11:30am, Thursday 9:00-10:00am  & Friday10:00-11:00am
 
Aqua Stretch:
A variety of stretching exercises in shallow water working on improving balance, flexibility, circulation and breathing. 
Monday 10:00-10:30am
